OTTAWA–A new Performing Arts Center in any new Ottawa School Bond Election has drawn some controversy, but as things stand now, it will be included. Another community meeting was held at Ottawa High School, and Amber Beverlin of DLR Architects puts the total amount of the School Bond at almost $68,000,000.
