OTTAWA — It’s a sticky problem for Franklin County authorities. Montana Road between Reno and Sand Creek roads will be closed all night after a truck lost a load of molasses this afternoon. Franklin County dispatchers said the road won’t reopen until the goo is scraped up sometime Friday morning.
