OTTAWA — Ottawa City commissioners have switched times for their meetings this month. Wednesday’s meeting, which would normally be the evening meeting, will in the morning at 9:30. The Wednesday, April 15, meeting will be 7 p.m. for a reorganizational meeting and public reception for newly-elected commissioners.
