OTTAWA — Part of central Ottawa was without electrical power this afternoon. A large tree branch knocked down a city line and that utility crews were working to remove the branch and re-install the line, the city utility department said. The outage could go for an hour or so, or approximately 5 p.m., before power is fully restored.
