WELLSVILLE — Six people were injured in a two-vehicle accident early Sunday morning south of Wellsville.  Justyne Wilson, 25, Ottawa, had stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of the I-35 north-bound exit and K-33 at about 1:30 a.m, the Kansas Highway Patrol said.  Wilson began to enter the intersection when she saw a car going south on K-33 and stopped, the highway patrol said.  When the driver of the south-bound car, Jacob Davis, 15, Osawatomie, saw Wilson’s pickup start into the intersection, he made an evasive emergency maneuver and went off the right side of the roadway, striking hitting the pickup, the highway patrol said.  His car came to rest on the off ramp facing south.  Wilson’s truck came to rest in the intersection facing north.  Davis and three passengers in his car, Kyle McClendon, 17; Jenna Dennis, 15; and Mason Offutt, 22, all of Osawatomie; were injured and taken to Ransom Memorial Hospital, Ottawa.  Wilson and a passenger in her truck, Elizabeth Barrier, 22, Holden, Mo. were also injured and taken to Ransom Memorial Hospital.   Everyone except McClendon were wearing seat belts, the highway patrol said.
