OTTAWA — Ottawa firefighters were called to a reported kitchen fire in the 1000 block of South Willow Tuesday night. An item had accidentally been left in the oven and when it was turned on, the item caught fire, Fire Chief Jeff Carner said. The fire was out when firefighters arrived, Carner said. He said there was no damage.
