OTTAWA — The 250th Forward Support Company of the Kansas Army National Guard will host an open house at the Ottawa armory 6-10 p.m. Friday and 3- 9 p.m. Saturday. The open house will include multiple vehicle and equipment displays as well as presentations by the soldiers in the unit. The public is invited. The company recently completed annual training at Salina consisting of logistical convoys, maintenance operations, communications training, field feeding operations, and supply operations in support of an artillery rocket group. The 250th Forward Support Company is headquartered in Ottawa with detachments in Hiawatha and Clay Center.
