OTTAWA–National Night Out Against Crime in Ottawa is Tuesday, July 28, and is proving to be a big event. Ottawa Police Chief Dennis Butler says participation is at an all time high, with at least 18 neighborhoods signing up, and he expects about 600 citizens to participate.
