OTTAWA — Kyle Flack’s attorneys have filed a filed a motion to force Franklin County Attorney Stephen Hunting to turn over records from a KBI investigation. The motion was filed last week in Franklin County District Court. Flack is charged with the murders of Kaylie Bailey, her 18-month-old daughter, Lana Leigh Bailey; Andrew Stout and Steven White at a farmhouse north of Richter two years ago. Because his attorneys have been collecting more evidence as well as trying to obtain federal investigative material, Flack’s trial has been postponed to February. The next court hearing for Flack is Aug. 20.
