OTTAWA — Two Richmond teens who were injured Friday afternoon following a single-vehicle accident south of Ottawa have been identified. Sara Wood, 16, was driving south on Eisenhower Road near Rock Creek Road when she lost control of her car, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said. The car went into the east ditch where it rolled over an unknown number of times. She and her passenger, Sam Wood, 14, were taken to Ransom Memorial Hospital.
