OTTAWA — An autopsy indicates that the death of 57-year-old Jerry Jackson, Ottawa, was a suicide. The investigation of Jackson’s death is closed unless toxicology tests indicate otherwise, Ottawa police Capt. Adam Weingartner said. Jackson was found hanging from a tree along the Prairie Spirit Trail in Kanza Park early Monday morning by two walkers.
