OTTAWA — Water to part of southern Ottawa will be shut off today as contractors work to establish water service to the new Price Chopper site at 19th and Princeton. A letter from a contractor to neighbors who would be affected said water in the area will be shut off today for about six hours until approximately 4 p.m.
