OTTAWA–Franklin County District Judge Eric Godderz will decide in a few weeks whether Kyle Flack will get his trial moved out of the county. Defense Attorneys say Flack cannot get a fair trial due to adverse publicity. Flack is charged with killing 4 people near Richter over two years ago.
