OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department received three separate sex crime reports Friday. The sheriff’s office said it received a report of an juvenile being touched unwillingly by a known adult just north of the Douglas County line. The department also received a report of an alleged sexual battery between two juveniles south of Peoria. The department also received a report two juveniles voluntarily engaging in sex in Williamsburg. All of the reports are being investigated.
