OTTAWA — Students at Neosho County Community College’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning program want to refurbish non-working air-conditioning units and give them to an organization that can distribute them to people in need. Window units are preferred, but other type units would be considered. The units can be dropped off at Neosho’s campuses at Ottawa and Chanute, and the HVAC classroom shop at Neosho’s Goppert Technical Center in Garnett. Arrangements can also be made to pick up units.
