OTTAWA–The Ottawa City Commission is expected to approve purchasing a new Automated Weather Observing Station for the Municipal Airport. The project will cost about $165,000, with the City paying about $57,000 and the rest covered by a grant from the Kansas Department of Transportation Aviation.
