OTTAWA–The way has been cleared for the construction of a new elementary school at 19th and Eisenhower. The Ottawa City Commission approved a conditional use permit that regulates certain details of the infrastructure and use of the new facility. The school is part of the School Bond Project and is expected to open in the Fall of 2017.
