OTTAWA — Kyle Flack’s murder trial has been moved up a week to Feb. 17. That was one result of a pre-trial hearing this week in Franklin County District Court. Prosecutors and Flack’s attorneys wrangled over questionnaires for potential jurors, and potential. Prosecutors called 600 people as potential jurors. In January, groups of potential jurors will meet at Ottawa Municipal Auditorium to be questioned by attorneys. Flack faces capital murder charges in connection with the deaths of Kaylie Bailey and her toddler daughter, Lana Leigh Bailey; and murder charges in connection with the deaths of Andrew Stout and Steven White at a farmhouse north of Richter nearly three years ago.
