OTTAWA — Defense attorneys for Kyle Flack have requested another delay in the start of his murder trial. At this morning’s hearing in Franklin County District Court, Flack’s attorneys say they’re having trouble getting back some evidence from experts. District Judge Eric Godderz denied the request. However, Godderz said he’ll be willing to reconsider the request for a delay at a planned hearing Jan. 26. The trial is scheduled to begin Feb. 17 on charges that Flack killed Kaylie Bailey, her 18-month-old daughter Lana Leigh Bailey, Steven White and Andrew Stout at Stout’s farm near Richter nearly three years ago.
