OTTAWA — Ottawa firefighters put out a grass fire north of Kalmar Ottawa Ttruck’s main facility Sunday afternoon. The fire was caused by downed power lines, Fire Chief Tim Matthias said. It wasn’t immediately known what caused the power lines to fall, he said. There was no property damage or injuries.
