OTTAWA — Kyle Flack’s fate will go to the jury. Prosecutors wrapped up their case this afternoon. Flack’s attorneys chose not to call any witnesses, sending the case to the jury. Flack has the right not to mount a defense nor to testify. District Judge Eric Godderz recessed the case and will call jurors back to Franklin County District Court Wednesday morning to give them final instructions before they begin the deliberations. Godderz said he expects his instructions to take a day and a half. How long it will take the jury to come up with a verdict is unknown. They were presented with more than 500 pieces of evidence by prosecutors. Flack is charged with killing Kaylee Bailey, her 18-month-old daughter Lana Bailey, Andrew Stout and Steven White near Richter three years ago.
