OTTAWA–Things got very intense for a while at the Capital Murder Trial of Kyle Flack. Defense Attorney Tim Frieden openly wept as he talked about the sexual abuse Flack suffered as a child–Defense Attorneys are asking the jury to sentence Flack to life in prison without parole while the Prosecution wants the Death Penalty.
