OTTAWA — A 25-year-old Ottawa man was taken to Ransom Memorial Hospital early this morning as a result of a three-vehicle accident on Old Highway 59 north of Ottawa.  Tones Copp was driving south in the 3800 block of Old Highway 59 when his pickup crossed the center line and struck a car driven by Lorrain Cromwell, 60, Ottawa, the Franklin County Sheriff’s office said.  Copp’s truck then hit a car driven by Lowell Manis, 48, Ottawa, then dropped into the ditch and struck a power pole owned by Kansas City Power & Light.
