OTTAWA — Baby the rain must fall, but the curtains on the movie won’t go up just yet.  The Swan Arts Festival has rescheduled its free outdoor movie night featuring Pixar’s “Inside Out” to Friday evening.  The movie, which serves as the kick-off to the Swan Arts Festival, will be shown in the 100 block of South Hickory Street, near Ottawa City Hall and Ottawa Library.  This is the second year the Swan Arts Festival has helped put on a free movie night and festival director Shawn Dickinson said he’d love to expand and have several of outdoor movies throughout the summer.   Both city lots will be open for parking.  The movie will begin at about 8:30 p.m.  He said movie-goers should plan to arrive in time to park and find spots before the movie begins.  Bring lawn chairs and blankets.
