CENTRAL HEIGHTS — A 26-year-old Richmond motorcyclist was injured Sunday night after he hit a deer. Allic Bell was riding east in the 2900 block of Ellis Road west of Central Heights School when the deer stepped onto the road in front of him, the Franklin County Sheriff’s office said. He was treated at Ransom Memorial Hospital and transferred to Overland Park Regional Medical Center.
