LAWRENCE — The Climate and Energy Project of Lawrence is inviting groups and individuals to help explore energy efficiency, renewable energy and air quality improvements in the greater Kansas City area. CEP is especially interested in meeting people in the metro KC area as well as Miami and Douglas counties. The group has received a Kansas Health Foundation grant for the project. CEP’s Dorothy Barnett said the project will explore sources of air pollution and how to minimize them through energy efficiency and renewable energy.
