POMONA LAKE — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has reduced the discharge rate at Pomona Lake back to its normal rate of 15 cubic feet per second.  The corps said the discharge from the lake was reduced from 1,500 cubic feet per second this morning.  The Corps cut that from 2,500 cfs Monday afternoon.
