OTTAWA — Officers responded to an injury accident Friday afternoon at the intersection of K-68 and Main. The accident involved Candy Doan, 45, Ottawa, who was riding her bicycle and a passenger car driven by Eric Weber, 23, Ottawa, who was driving west when he struck Doan. At the time, the east and west lights had turned green, and Ottawa police cited Doan was cited for pedestrian disobedience to a traffic signal. Doan was taken by Franklin County EMS to Ransom Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
