OTTAWA — Joseph Tindill and Isaac Tindill, both of Princeton, posted the winning entries in the Photovoice contest sponsored by Live Healthy Franklin County and Franklin County Health Department. Joseph Tindill received first place and Isaac Tindill second. Both are members of ECKAN’s Youth Action Council. Their entries are on display at the Franklin County Health Department. Joseph Tindill’s winning entry included photos of the Ottawa community garden and the Prairie Spirit Trail.
