OTTAWA — A car driven by Sandra Scott, 31, Pomona, hit the rear end of a vehicle driven by Brice Dryden, 31, Ottawa, Tuesday. Both were treated for minor injuries by a Franklin County EMS crew at the scene, police said. Police cited Scott for inattentive driving, no proof of liability insurance and no seat belt.
