RICHMOND — A 22 year-old Richmond woman reported to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department that someone in a light blue Ford Escape put and ignited fireworks in her mother’s mailbox in the 2400 block of Cloud Road northwest of Richmond Saturday evening. The fireworks exploded and damaged the mailbox. Damage was estimated at $150.
