OVERLAND PARK — A 22-year-old Ottawa man is being held this morning on suspicion of murder in connection with the death of an Overland Park woman. Korrey Rinke was arrested Wednesday night in Emporia, and is in the Johnson County detention center on a first-degree murder charge, Kansas city news media reported. His arrest comes after a missing person report was filed for 46-year-old Julianna Pappas, 46, who has not been seen for a week-and-a-half. Her body was found this morning in a wooded area south of West 115th Street between Switzer Road and Indian Creek Parkway in Overland Park. A walker reported a foul odor while walking in the area Wednesday night. Rinke and Pappas knew each other, police said.
