OTTAWA — An Ottawa man has received some time in jail and a stiff  bill for wild chase in April.  Toby Lee was convicted of theft, reckless driving and failure to stop at the scene of an accident.  Ottawa police said Lee took a vehicle from the automotive business he worked at in the 100 block of North Main Street, tried to evade police, and crashed the vehicle in to a carriage-house-style apartment and garage in the alley behind the 700 block of South Cedar Street and fled on foot.  He was sentenced to three years but was given two years probation and 30 days in jail, most of which he’s already served.  He’ll also be required to pay $20,536.71 in restitution.
