WELLSVILLE — A 24-year-old Wellsville man was taken to Ransom Memorial Hospital in Ottawa after he was injured in an early Saturday morning injury. Perry Shearer was driving south in the 3900 block of Wyoming Road south of Wellsville when he lost control of his car and left the road. the Franklin County Sheriff’s office said. His car struck a fence and a utility pole. The sheriff’s office said Perry left the scene on foot and was later found nearby. Perry was taken to RMH for his injuries from the crash. The sheriff’s office said a report will be forwarded to the county attorney’s office.
