OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Leann McFadden, 50, Ottawa was driving an SUV north in the 3500 block of Tennessee Road east of Ottawa Saturday morning when the flatbed trailer she was pulling uncoupled from her SUV. The trailer went into a ditch, striking a rock-pillar mailbox and then struck a KCP&L utility pole, breaking the pole. She wasn’t injured.
