OTTAWA — City utility crews and contractors are working to replace a water main on the east side of Main Street between 13th to 15th streets. There will be periodic closures of the north-bound outside lane of Main street in that area. Intermittent closures are anticipated to begin this week. Depending on weather and unforeseen delays, the project is anticipated to continue for a minimum of two weeks. Traffic control measures will be in place when closures occur.
