POMONA LAKE — After opening gates wide because of the recent series of rains, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has ratcheted down the outflow from Pomona Lake. The Corps said it has reduced the lake’s outflow to less than 15 cubic feet per second, which is normal. The lake level is slightly more than 975 feet above sea level, or a foot above normal. The Carbolyn boat ramp is the only ramp remaining that’s closed because of high water.
