MOUND CITY — Tonganoxie school superintendent Chris Kleindosty will face a Linn County jury on an accusation that he failed to report sexual abuse while he was superintendent at Prairie View. No trial date has been set. Kleindosty has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of failure to report abuse. Prairie View high school principal Tim Weis also faces two charges of failure to report abuse. The charges stem from the resignation of prairie view high school teacher KeatonK last year and who was later charged with 20 counts of unlawful sexual relations with a student 16 or older.
