TOPEKA — An Ottawa woman and a Carbondale man were among several attorneys scheduled to be officially sworn in Friday at the Kansas Judicial Center in Topeka. Jennifer Elizabeth Spangler and Lonnie Jerome Hajney have successfully passed the bar exam.
