OTTAWA — A person from Missouri was killed as a result of a one-vehicle crash north of Ottawa early Wednesday morning. Deputies responded to a report and found a vehicle overturned in the ditch along U.S. 59 below the Old Highway 59 flyover, Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Richards. The victim, who was dead at the scene, had been thrown out of the vehicle. Richards said the identification of the victim was being withheld at this time.
