OTTAWA — The emergency department building project at Ransom Memorial Hospital is in the backstretch. The project will largely be completed about 90 days and on scheduled, said hospital CEO Matt Heyn. The project will update and more than double the size of the r-m-h emergency department. Once the ER staff moves into the new section, Heyn said the hospital will start working on certifying the emergency department at a higher classification level.
