PRINCETON — Jeff Kelly, 62, Allen; was driving a cement truck south on U.S. 59 when he tried to turn left onto John Brown Road in Princeton Saturday morning. The load of concrete shifted and his truck turned over, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said. Kelly was taken to Ransom Memorial Hospital in Ottawa for treatment of injuries he received in the crash, the sheriff’s office said. No information was available on the extent of his injuries.
