OTTAWA — The man who will be the next governor will be the speaker at the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce’s Eggs & Issues breakfast at 8-9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Ransom Memorial Hospital conference rooms. rColyer will move up whenever Gov. Sam Brownback is confirmed as President Trump’s special ambassador for religious affairs. “We’ll get the first bite of the apple so to speak,” said John Coen, chamber president. Time will be set aside for a question-and-answer session, he said. Tickets are $10 and are available at the chamber office. Those interested in attending should RSVP to the chamber office as soon as possible as seating is limited, he said.
