OLATHE — Bond has been formally set at $1 million for an Ottawa man charged with capital murder and rape in Johnson County. However, Korrey Rinke remains in jail in connection with the death of 46-year-old Julianna Pappas in Overland Park in August 2016. Rinke was charged after her body was found in a wooded area along a walking trail in Overland Park. Police say Rinke was acquainted with her and that she was killed during a date with him.
