WILLIAMSBURG — A 42-year-old Williamsburg woman was found lying on the side of the road unconscious in the 400 block of John Brown Road in Williamsburg Sunday morning. Heather Cox was taken to Ransom Memorial Hospital in Ottawa, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said. During their investigation, deputies found out she had been involved in a domestic dispute with her husband, James Cox, Jr., 39. The sheriff’s office said the case has been sent to the county attorney’s office, and that she could be booked in the case.
