GARNETT — The third annual Lake Garnett Grand Prix Revival is this weekend at Lake Garnett, which was the site of the internationally-known sports car races in the late 1950s, 60s and early 70s. This year is “Mopar Extravanganza” honoring Dodge, Plymouth and Chrysler cars. A regional Mopar club is expected to take part in the activities Saturday and Sunday, said co-organizer Kevin Hinkle. Among the highlights, an autocross, car show and “track events” in which cars will make high-speed laps around the lake road. Spectators are free.
