OTTAWA — Improvements are set to begin Monday on the East 15th Street bicycle and sidewalk project. Drivers can expect lane narrowing throughout the project, but the street will remain open for the duration of the project. This is a joint project between the city and the Kansas Dept. of Transportation, with KDOT being the managing entity. The project will begin on the north side of 15th Street and then continue on the south side of the street. The project is expected to take a few months to complete.
