OTTAWA — Franklin County commissioners agreed Wednesday to contribute $1,000 to Ottawa’s Veterans Day celebration. Previously, they donated to Wellsville’s Veterans Day celebration. The celebration is on Saturday, Nov. 11, and will include the annual parade downtown and historical re-enactments in Forest Park. The money goes to help pay the expenses of the celebration and for the re-enactors, Commissioner Roy Dunn said.
