RANTOUL — A Rantoul man was killed when the ATV he was riding flipped over Saturday night east of Peoria. Roger Cupp, 55, was riding the ATV in the 2800 block of Utah Road and tried to negotiate a corner around a tree, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said. The ATV flipped over onto Cupp in a steep embankment. He was pronounced dead at the scene, the sheriff’s office said.
