OTTAWA – County commissioners will get an early start on the Thanksgiving holiday. Wednesday’s Franklin County Commission meeting has been cancelled. Commissioners will hold a study session at 8:30 a.m. next Monday. Ottawa city commissioners cancelled their work session originally scheduled for tonight.
